1) First he discussed about Web3 and Blockchain. He says Web3 and Blockchain are the future. So if someone wants to innovate some projects in Web3 and Blockchain, then the government will not interfere or hinder there. Because the government always gives the opportunity to increase the new innovation. Overall, the government is supporting Web3 and Blockchain.
2) Secondly he discussed about Crypto. While discussing Crypto he divided Crypto into two segments and said one segment is Tech and the other is Finance. Where Tech comes under IT ministry and Finance comes under RBI. So he said IT Ministry and RBI should work together on Crypto. Also said since crypto comes under the category of finance, there is some need for regulation.
3) In the third point he talks about regulation. He said IT Ministry and RBI are discussing with other countries about the regulation of CRYPTO. That is, RBI and IT ministry are meeting with other countries on how to regulate Crypto.
4) He also said that if trading in Crypto follows the rules of India and follows all the rules related to crypto tax, then trading in Crypto is not an illegal activity.
5) Finally he discussed about CBDC (Central Board Digital Currency). CBDC can be a type of stable coin. As INR is stable, cbdc can be a stable currency.

Finally he said that although web3 and Blockchain are innovative but Crypto may not be Right or Good. Because crypto is a very complicated thing. So there is a lot of research to be done before announcing anything about Crypto. For this, the government needs to research Deeply Crypto and gather detailed information about how Blockchain works, and how investors invest. He said about all this in his interview.
