Arbitrum has come up with the first improvement proposal called AIP-1. Which means Arbitrum improvement proposal 1. In this proposal, it was said that without Dow voting, they cannot transfer the fund from the treasury wallet to the administrative budget wallet in any way. And these wallets are controlled by three main directors. But the controversy started when the news came that Arbitrum’s foundation transferred 750 million ARB Token from treasury wallet to administrative budget wallet.The value of 750 million ARB tokens is close to $1 billion, which is a huge amount. Also sold 50 million 50 million ARB Token. Most importantly, all of this happened without any Dow voting.
Then on Arbitrum’s official Twitter account, they tweeted that 10 million tokens out of 50 million tokens have been converted to stable voin and forty million tokens have been given as loans to some financial institutions and individuals. They haven’t said anything about the 750 million tokens yet. But after these events many questions are being raised on the foundation of Arbitrum. Why they transferred so much funds before the result of dow voting, various questions are coming up on them.
Our point of view
As per our point of view it may be better to stay away from ARB at this time. If Arbitrum Foundation transfers 750 million tokens back to treasury wallet then ARB is likely to see a pump. Also if the ARB team follows the results of the DOW, then a pump can be seen here. On the other hand, if they try to manipulate the Dow’s voting, ARB’s price will see a dump. Analyzing all these data, it is understood that this project can never be good for long term. All I can say from this whole situation is that it is best to stay away from ARB token.
Earlier we said in an article that investing in these coins can be risky. Because as long as this coin has a trend, it continues to pump, but whenever the trend ends, the coin starts to dump.
